Justin Bieber went the extra mile to give back to fans on Thursday, bringing a busload of toys to sick children in extra need of holiday cheer. The singer parked his tour bus outside the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Ga., and with the help of local radio station Q100, handed out gifts to kids who will be spending Christmas at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
